Aluna Casa y Cafe the perfect place for the independent traveller.
This small family run guesthouse is waiting for you to come and explore and discover the natural and cultural landscape of the carribean coast of Colombia.
Our guesthouse is in the historical centre of Santa Marta Aluna, walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and just 4 blocks from the beach.

Aluna was designed around a 1920’s a Spanish villa round a shaded courtyard. Our building has 3 floors, a roof terrace that looks out over the Sierra Nevada, a kitchen, TV room and a cafe.
Imagine you joining us for a beer or a juice, just sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the Carribbean.
The unique experience of staying on a Colombian farm, Entre Rios, in the Sierra Nevada, is also an option for visitors to Aluna.

*Aluna – In Kogi, an Indian concept stands for: thought, memory and possibility , past, present and future.

A longtime resident of Santa Marta Patrick’s knowledge of the area and its environs is invaluable to any visitor wanting to use Santa Marta as a base to discover Colombia’s Caribbean coast and the Sierra Nevada.
