5 self-contained apartments and 2 traditional cave houses with all modern amenities. Each apartment is completely self-contained and is fitted with air-conditioning, TV, safebox. The fully-fitted kitchen has a cooker with an oven and a fridge / freezer, WiFi Internet Access is available throughout the Property.

There is a spacious sitting area with a fold-out sofa bed.

There is a double bed in a loft sleeping area with a window with a sea view where one can enjoy the night sky and listen to the lull of the waves lapping on the shore.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property.

Please contact the owners in advance with your arrival details to ensure that someone is there for check-in because the owners do not live on the premises. This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights.

In case of cancellation, we request 3 days notice in order for no charges to be made to the guests.

We can accept credit card payment, but we request cash payment were possible please.

The check-out time is 11am and official check-in time is after 12 noon, but whenever possible we can arrange earlier or later times, according to flight and ferry schedule times.



All taxes, linens, towels and kitchen equipment are included in the price. Upon request we also have beach umbrellas and beach towels available for the use of guests.The apartments are cleaned daily. We can also arrange and book car, quad or scooter rental and organised guided bus tours or boat trips to the volcano, hot springs and the small island, Thirassia.
