The owners overbook their hostel and then try to trick you into staying at another much less nice place. This happened to us, to other people who were there checking in and we were warned of this by a resident of town as we arrived. Then they try to force to pay for all 4 nights. I do not recommend that anyone stays here ever, and certainly NEVER book on-line. Its a scam. Hillary, from USA ~ 5th Jan 2013

This will be a great place to stay once they work out some of the problems. The pool is really lovely, the rooms comfortable and the location good. The problems: 1. The construction on the top floor goes from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. seven days a week, so you can forget about sleeping in or afternoon naps. I almost moved out. 2. The food is only so-so and you have to eat at very low tables in papa-san chairs. 3. The staff is friendly but so laid back its sometimes hard to get their attention. Mary, from USA ~ 29th Jul 2012
