This charming hotel welcomes you in an Eighteenth-century castle, in a lovely Minervois village in the heart of the Languedoc-Rousillon region.
The castle was completely renovated this spring and is now a charming 3 stars hotel and gastronomic restaurant named 'Au Coeur des Vignes'.
Our hotel has been classified three chimneys Logis de France, 'Logis de Charme' and 'Logis Bacchus'. On a regional point of view, it is certified Quality Hérault 'and on a national one' Qualité Tourisme '.
It is situated exactly between Carcassonne (35 km) and Narbonne (35 km) at the feet of the Black Mountain in a small and really calm village.
We are near the Canal du Midi, Minerve, Carcassonne, Castle and Abbey of Cathare Country and in the middle of the Minervois vinyard. We organize training courses of oenology and visits of cellars of wines of Minervois.
