This is a five-storey house with a very bright terrace. While staying here you will have the whole building in a quiet private Old Town Square Valencia overlooking Santa Catalina located next to Plaza de la Reina and next to the Market Central to yourself!
On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, blender, TV and a great table with seating for 8 people.
The second floor has a living room and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a large balcony that runs along the front so you can go to read quietly or even sunbath.
On the third floor we have a double room with bathroom and shower. The room has a large balcony that runs along the front and where you can go to read quietly or even sunbathing. On the fourth floor we have a triple room with bathroom and shower

The fifth floor has a wonderful terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

In a nutshell, you pay the outstanding balance on arrival and the keys are all yours!
Minimum stay : 3 nights For special events as Fallas or Moto GP, the minimum stay is 4 nights. At the check-in, we ask for a desposit of 250 in cash, that we will return you at the check-out if the apartment is in the same conditions in which it was found. The check-in at the apartment is guaranteed from 15:00h. If you wish to arrive sooner, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to arrange a check-in hour at your convenience. The check-out has to be before 11:00h.
