Il Colle degli Ulivi is an excellent alternative to the city of Rome.
We offer a Bed and Breakfast service in comfortable, spacious, recently renovated double rooms. Each room has a king size bed, private bathroom (with toilet, bidet, sink and shower cubicle and super-powerful hot water!), private entrance, and a small external veranda with a seating area. Some rooms also include bunk beds.
A charming and cosy wooden chalet is also available, set in our olive grove and built according to the ancient Finnish techniques.
Ideal for families and perfect for 4 persons. Additional bed available in case of needs.
It's composed of a double room with king size bed, a room with a double sofa bed and open-plan kitchen, a bathroom (with toilet, bidet, sink and shower cubicle and super-powerful hot water), and a patio.
The chalet offers you a full privacy and indipendency but, if you like, you are welcome to join us and our guests on breakfast, meals and service if available.
Well connected to the Eternal City by train, bus and car, the location allows to reach the city of Rome in about 30 min. and fully discover the beauty of the surroundings of Rome, already used in the past as a summer residence of popes and emperor
We like to share our paradise with travellers keen to discover what Italian culture means. We don't like to rent a room but rather help our guests to get th best from their trip. Plenty of services are offered from the local association (traditional meals, wine tasting, guided tours, night walks in Rome).
