Our stay would have been great save for the American woman who for some reason is the main staff person at the hostel. Her incompetence and stupidity is quite staggering and made every interaction unbelievably and unnecessarily painful, thereby nearly ruining our visit. Anyway, aside from that it was fine. The location is great and the rooms on the zocalo are quite enjoyable. Finally, I should point out that there was no evidence of my Hostels.com reservation, so that money was wasted. PS. I r

Wow, that review required a lot of negative energy! Ido hope that Senor Agueros feels better now. There is an American woman who began to help at the hostel recently, but she is all smiles and sunshine.
