lots of school groups and would be much nicer if they were kept separate from the rest of us also at breakfast we were pushed from one table to the next to accomodate the schools there should be an area for those not in school groups so we can eat breakfast in peace

1. How come they don't have WiFi access? 2. One of the staff members is really impolite. She is there only to repel customers. 3. From 10 am to 12 am, they shut down the reception!! During those hours, tourists keep coming in. Or sometimes, some guests want to check out, but should wait, because the checkout time is by 10 am.
