The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and spoke English very well. I wasn't informed I'd have to check out by 8:00 my last morning, which was the only downside (they were closing for the season).

We arrived at half 9 after 3 night trains, and no sleep. The friendly and helpful receptionist had the cleaners do our room first, so that we could get some sleep. Those are the little things that make a stay in a place so much better, and I'd reccomend it heartily. It's also well located, has a decent kitchen, communal area with two internet equiped PCs, very good hostel.

It's a decent hostel. The only complaint I have is that there was only one key for a 3 person room - so you have to make sure the other people leave the key at the front desk so you can get enter without waking them up.

A really great hostel. Friendly staff, massive kitchen, and a good location. Their common room is a great place to meet other travellers. I would definately come back here!!

good quality for the money, normal rooms,I stayed for 6 noghts and was quite pleased. nice hostel for backpackers, or just to stay in Vienna. very good reception, always available, give good advice where to go, how to get here and there...also offer dofferent accomodation if they are booked.free internet, good kitchen.
