The only review we read of Villa Fanny was an unfair one by a clearly mixed up traveller. When we stayed in Villa Fanny, we were nothing but well looked after and comfortable. The staff were respectful and helpful and encouraged us so much that we will return at another time.

Horror! It is an official claim. I expect seroius answer for this note. I demand ALL the money back (i. e. deposit and service charge). You should exclude that place from your system! They are totally irresponsible, unreliable, aggressive and broke the fundamental (I hope) rule for your organization: they said that except for our reservation made thay WILL NOT give us a room because they are full. We were to look for something else what fortunetely was successful although we had to pay more than we planned. Please let me know if it was just the shameful wxception or a rule. it was my first time with Hostelworld and I am afraid the last as well. Why to pay for that pseudo-reservations if it only makes a fool of me? Sorry, after that experience I phoned to another place I had reservation (via Hostelworld) and canceled it expecting the worst. I do not want to have anything to do with dishonest , unpleasant, untransparent people! I want to know who is responsible for this irrespectful treatement.
