Great location and friendly staff, with bonuses such as free internet and meal- if you are travelling alone I definately recommend this place.

this hostel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and there is a really sense of community, with everybody in the hostel going out together and making friends. The dinner included in the price is also excellent , better than some of the food ive bought at restaurants in florence. a must stay.

I never went in such a bad place! There is no real services, and they charge you 5e for the bedshit and 5e for the service, which service i wonder. Very hot, noisy, dirty, and unconfortable beds! I don't know how people could have writen nice comments, i'm not picky but they are limits to basics services! I'm really disappointed and will not recommend it to anyone!

The "hostel" consists of three apartments - all of which are close to each other and very centrally located. The main apartment is the one that is advertised on the website. It is in fact one large apartment. Note that it is on the top floor of a 4 floor building - no elevator. All meals are served in this apartment's kitchen. It is a fun atmosphere, very social. The place is a little strange at first, but the staff really tries to make your stay a comfortable one. They organize a pub crawl ever
