The staff is extremely helpful & very informative. The room is quite spacious & clean. Breakfast is available at 7th floor with a superb view on Hoan Kiem Lake. Great value for money. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends & family.

We had a great time at the Golden Sun Hotel. They picked us up at the airport, were on time and even helped us with our luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they even gave us an upgrade to a better room for free and for no reason! The breakfast was included and was very nice (especially the pancakes). The location is great becase they are in the Old Quarter, near most attractions, restaurants and sights and they are in a quiet street which is very rare in Hanoi. We definitely rec

We had a great stay at the Golden Sun. Good location, a short walk to most things/places, good sized room, clean, and staff were a great help at any time. The breakfast included is great. Would recommend!

It's a nice, little hotel in the Old Quarters, just a stone throw away from the famous lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful and one actually took me on a day-trip around town (showing all the attractions) on his motorbike. A small breakfast is served on the top floor and I found it just the right start of the day, with a beautiful view of the Old Quarters, the lake and Hanoi panorama. Considering the low cost of a (double bed room), I cannot complain about anything in particular. There is

mrs moon was incredibly helpful, almost like a mom to us, she helped book our tours, transfers to the next destination and making sure we were warm at nite. the hotel is in prime location next to trendy bars and restaurants, we really enjoyed hanoi thanks to the Golden Sun Hotel and Mrs Moon!
