"Hostel Beautiful" is way more than an overstatement. Probably my least favorite hostel I've ever stayed in, but it was adequate for my needs. Close to the train station (but dangerous neighborhood- I walked past a junkie leaning against a dumpster with blood dripping down his arm as he injected some drug into his hand with a dirty needle- YIKES!), the beds were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was in a 4-person, mixed room, and despite my earplugs and the running fan, the outside traffic was VERY loud. There is a small kitchen to use, and a small lounge with a TV, and a shared bathroom with three shower stalls and a toilet/extra storage room. I won't be staying here again, mostly because it's a scary location, and I've had much better hostels for less money.

Only I was one day in the hostel. The people of the staff were very nice and obliging. The cleanliness in the room was correct, as in the showers. It looked like to me a very calm place. The location is good, near Termini, though the zone is not very pretty, but it is less dangerous than seems.

not exactly beautiful, common room full of mess, rooms were shabby and hot, only saw one other person whilst there and location was out of the way for all the major sites. would not recommend.

Directions from the train station aren't very clear, but the staff was very accomodating. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
