I was pretty disappointed in this place. First, they don't have wifi like they say. Second, we had to share a key with our roommate who never used sheets or the pillowcase and took our covers and left her dirty socks on our beds. Hello, We like to apologise for what went wrong. Sorry ! But, there are few things I have to tell.
- You booked a 2 bed private without shower ( 32 € or 28,80 € with booking fee). For a twin with private shower you pay 36 €. So we gave you a correct room.
- The reception is closed between 12 and 4 pm. You find this information on all the websites. That's why you had to wait.
- The room wasn't cleaned yet . We had a late check out. But we cleaned it immediatelly.
Sorry !
