The staff tried hard and was good, but some of them had issues with English. I reserved a double room 4 months in advance only to arrive and find out they didn't have it, but after 2 nights managed to put me in one. The dorm was a normal dorm, but the common showers were pretty nasty. Outside of that, superb hostel.

The toilet was a bit difficult to use and smelling all the time. The location was fine and the staff friendly!

It was pretty great! The staff, the food, the bar and the whole environment... the only thing is that in my room (B310), the shower only offered really cold water. Ha. It was an extreme experience, but everything else was great!

This hostel has amazing character n is the biggest we stayed in during our trip. As we were staying in the basment the room was damp and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, apart from that we really enjoyed all aspects of our stay here. many thanks, louise and donna
