this place has a great location beside the ponte vecchio bridge. it feels very private too because it is in a private apartment building. the owner was nice

This hostel was a scam, the owner took us to a different location and left us there to be the be somebody elses problem. We where put in a room at somebodye elses apt, 25-30 min away from Ponte-Veccihio. He even cancelled the reservation through here for us not to leave a bad review, when I was contacting him about the included breakfast and internet he pulled to 'my phone batery died excuse and never returned my call'

There is only one staff member that runs between two hostel buildings. When we arrived we couldn't get buzzed into the building, because the staff member was in the other building. This happened to a number of travelers while I was here. However, the hostel itself is good. A great common room with free coffee and tea is out. Free internet, but only one computer and the staff was on it at times. But I would stay here again.
