I stayed in one of the private apartments, and it was excellent. Spacious, air conditioned, extremely clean. It even had satellite TV. I highly recommend Blue Hostel's private appartments in Rome.

I stayed in the apartment which was in a fantastic location. Met by the charming Ercole who recommended a number of restaurants (of which we tried) and the best ice cream I have ever had (Giolitti). The facilities in the apartment were great (washing machine, airconditioning) and it was a short walk to either of the metro lines.
