This hostel cancels booking without informing the customers. No call, No emails to the customers when they cancel your booking. You will spend hours to get there on time, and then find out your bed has been given to another person. This is not the first time for them to do this. 25 customers bookings have been canceled today. My friend\'s was one of them. Before we came to the hostel, I called them to double check the booking. At that time, they said: yes, no problem, just come, we will have a bed for your friend. What they did makes me feel that they don\'t really care the customers. The manager of 5th Avenue Spot told me that she doesn\'t care at all...
