Very good value for money. The location is very good, though not in the \"center of things\" - you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the Baixa. The rooms are simple but tasteful, and quite large by European standards. The only real complaint - My room had a window to the back with non-existant view, and apparently most of the rooms are like that

its actually located in quite a posh area so security wise its quite good. the breakfast has quite a selection and the staff speaks english very well

Unbelievable Regrettable IMMORAL !!! ... to debit on my credit card WITHOUT any advice and permission the rest of the amount 3 days BEFORE the arrival at the hotel, that no part of the term and conditions !!!! they are in trouble !!!!
