absolutely fantastic staff at the hostel boat! incredibly helpful, and very friendly. and the two dogs that live there are adorable!

Very unhelpful staff and messy/stinky very small room. Breakfast is bad too. There is no humanity and sense of service at all, just pay money and be treated for that only. No comments on location, it is a good one though! But will never stay there again neither recommend anyone to live there!

Potential customers should be aware that a family lives on this boat and they have 2 large dogs which are there all the time. Some areas of the boat area rather messy. There were even boards stored under my bed. The cabins, as to be expected, were very small. However, the price was right.

Hey !! The Clipper is nice. the experience its new, the staff is very nice and the location is perfec its close to the cube houses !!!I recomended this place !

Clipper was the cosiest hostel ever! Dogs were lovely and friendly, no need to be afraid. The staff were very accommodating, managed to book us an extra night which we needed; told a lot about Dutch culture and also trusted us, I guess, so it all comes to being friendly and flexible from both sides. We had hot water for shower! Excellent wireless Internet on board too! I was quite worried before arriving in Rotterdam because of the negative reviews here, but now I'd suggest Clipper to everyone!
