All of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The front reception watched me as I arrived but waited for ten minutes until they she had finisshed her smoke before she would check me in. Later, the staff apeared to have over booked my 6 bed dorm. When I went to complain that there was no clean bed for me to sleep on they said it was up to me to sort it out. In all my travels I have never been to such a worthless hostel with such unfriendly and useless staff. And to top it off the hostel is in Frankfu

It is great. I didn´t spend a lot of time there, just one night, but it was really good. It is 2 minutes walk from the main train station in Frankfurt so it is extremely easy to get there. It is also very chep because I paid 20 E and I splet, I had dinner and I had breakfast, and that´s really good.

While i was checking in, there were a group of Japanese guys who were having trouble with the key system, which is not the most logical system i have come across. The staff yelled at them for not reading the instructions correctly and did not assist them in helping them with the lock system. I thought this was very unhospitable. Also when asking for any help when trying to get to the airport the staff were not interested in giving advice, and told me to look at the map!

Very friendly staff and an excellent location within steps of the FFM Hauptbahnhof. We took a two week tour all over Europe and this was one of, if not, the best, hostel we stayed at all trip!
