First of all, Suzy - you were great! You really looked after us and gave us excellent advice about where to visit in the city. The hostel was also perfectly located nearby the BB plaza and walking distance from the Petronas towers with heaps of places to eat and drink around. We really felt at home here. Thank you!!

The staff here are amazing and it has that real home away from home feel. If you want a party place then probably not for you but if you are happy for something cosy and chilled out and very safe then this is just the ticket.

Loved this place! And Suzy helps you out with everything. It's a cozy and small place, nice to hang out in the lounge with other backpackers. The bathroom could have been better, but it didn't affect my stay, and I would use this place again..

When we get the chance to visit KL again, we will surely choose to stay at Travellers Palm again. The place is in a very good location - near most tourist areas. The owner, Suzy & the manager-on-duty,Wan were very helpful on how to go to the various tourists spots, and in giving tips like how much taxi fares should be from one tourist area to another. Travellers Palm offers peace, quiet, and relaxation after a long & tiring day of going around KL. Opportunities for improvement: washroom too cram
