The apartment was double booked for my stay. As a result, I was forced to stay in a 16 bed dorm room, rather than an apartment. The toilets ran out of tp, the key cards didn't always work in the doors and the hostel did not seem very clean. The staff was very friendly, so perhaps the mishaps were at the level of the management . When booking again, I'd be sure re-confirm my reservation because I know that I was not the only guest that had been bumped that night.

This was a really nice hotel, the heated floors in the bathroom were a really touch! The only problem is its right in the heart of the city- so theres a bit of road noise. And from the directions, I thought it was opposite the train station- which it isn't, it wasn't a problem, just a bit confusing when you arrive late at night.

Good restaurant, close to train station and guy at reception spoke great english and was friendly (and quirky?). The room was modern with small but clean and modern bathroom. The downside was that the room was FREEZING!

We spent a very pleasant moment in Bergen in Jacobs appartment. Everything was great: location near the harbour, people and the appartment was well-equiped.
