Our hostel was created to introduce you to Mexico in a friendly honest environment with diversified guest services in an elegant Mexican home of former performing artist Monica Moray. Her beautiful home has high ceilings, arched doorways, beautiful architecture, large sunken rooms, lush gardens, sunlight terrace and all the amenities that a performing artist would want in their home.
There is no other hostel that can compare to the HOSTEL QUETZAL.

Arrival times are of the most importance to us. Please advise Hostel Quetzal immediately of any changes in your travel plans. Private rooms are held for 3 hours after estimated arrival time in high season. Dorm reservations are held for 4 hours after estimated arrival time in high season.

I had an excellent time here.The staff were fantastic.Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and to help me.Meals were great, and the atmosphere in the garden where we ate was perfect. I rarely give \"Excellent\" reviews, but Monica, Julio, Luis, and the rest of the staff really made this place memorable. We only stayed two nights, just enough so that we could fly into and out of Cancun, and then escape to the smaller places, but they were a highlight of our trip. Sam, from USA ~ 28th Jan 2012
