Euphemia Hotel is a 1 star hotel with Free Wifi, which was formerly a monastery built at the start of the 20th century.

10% deposit charged by Hostelworld is not refundable
Holiday cancelations - any bookings cancelled for Easter, New Year, Queens Birthday, Pinkster and special events must be done by email 3 weeks before arrival date, otherwise you will be charge 50% from the total cost on your credit card
We need authorisation on the given credit card in order to keep your reservation and we will contact you to get the credit card's security code
We charge 5% for card payments and we also accept debit cards on arrival
Reception hours are until 11pm; however you can arrange a late check-in if you notify us on the same day of arrival

Upon arrival payments must be made in advance. Cancellation upon arrival will result in FULL payment for all nights reserved.
* Booking conditions for the holidays(Easter, New Year, Queens Birthday, Pinkster and special events): all cancellations are required to be e-mailed to the Euphemia Hotel 3 x WEEKS prior to arrival date (NOT ARRIVAL TIME). Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee from the total cost, which will be charged to the given credit card.
* Please note! your credit card should have enough credit so we will be able to ask authorization on the given credit card (not a charge), unfortunately we will NOT keep the reservation if we cannot get authorization. You will be contacted by the hotel to ask new credit card details. Authorization means that we ask the credit card company to block an amount on your credit card for our use (normally equally to the cancellation fee).
This amount is normally valid for few weeks, after that it releases itself back into your account automatically (depends on the credit card company and the country).
We have no control over the release process.
* Upon arrival it is possible to pay with debit card, there is a 5% surcharge when paying with all cards.
* The reception closes after 23.00. If you have any kind of delay and you are going to arrive after 23.00 you /b>must notify the hotel on the arrival day by phone to arrange a late arrival.
* All dorms are mixed genders
* Please make sure to print out your confirmation and bring it with you to the hotel on your arrival. .
