The Jetpak hostel was a great place to stay - two stops from the center of Berlin, clean, most of the staff was very friendly and it was all affordable. There was breakfast available every morning - items for about one euro and drinks including one euro beer each night. My friends and I brought cards to play with one night and ended up meeting a lot of people from all over the world, learning new card games and still not spending too much money!
