Speak English. Welcoming ok. Room is little, 20m2, walls are old and stained but still ok. Bathroom nice. TV got international channels. Free water bottles. Nice aircon. Hotel is quite old. All in all, it is a good average for a quick stay. No wifi, ethernet available. Location very near to the train station of Hanoi. TRAN, from France ~ 22nd Oct 2009
