Staff were mixed - 2 of the staff (both female) were completely unhelpful and could barely communicate with us. We had a bad first impression of the hostel when we checked in as the girls were very difficult to communicate with and very slow, then we walked into our room to find 11 beds squashed into our 8 bed dorm. We complained and they removed 2 of the extra beds. We later found out that other rooms had empty beds in... One of the members of staff (male) was excellent though, and helped us Dawn, from Scotland ~ 5th Jan 2009
