High quality modern holiday hostel set in the village of Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow - The Garden Of Ireland.

Rathdrum is served by mainline train and bus from Dublin and Rosslare. Rathdrum is an ideal location for hill walkling, cycling, canoeing and touring.

The hostel offers dormitory, family and private en-suite rooms. Set in its own grounds in the village centre, facilities include free bed linen, free hot showers,Satellite tv room.

Cycle hire can be arranged. Groups of all kind are welcome.

We've never meet a staff as kind as Mr Cullen and the others. It's the perfect place, if you just want to hike or see wonderful landscapes, but it's not if you want to reach Dublin... there's no buses (or, at least, we've never seen one in 10 days) and the train passes by Rathdrum just few times a day. We guess it must be an extremely comfortable place in summer, but you'll freeze to death in winter, since their heating system is... well... old.... and they don't use it...
