-By CAR from M11 Jct 8 roundabout with services, exit B1256 Takeley (reclassified from A120) turn right opposite Esso garage on to lane to Great Hallingbury. On this lane you will travel 1 mile, halfway on the left is the slightly obscured Sir John Pub, continue past to the tight right hand bend and the flint house opposite continue through bend and look left side for 3rd house coloured yellow. Do not pass The Grove.
