The easiest way is you take the Vienna Airport Shuttle Bus to station "Westbahnhof".
From the Westbahnhof:
Take exit "Innere Mariahilfer Strasse", take a right and walk down on the big street "Mariahilfer Guertel". Pass the big Hotel Ibis, after 150m you will find "Mariahilfer Guertel 8".
From the Meidling (endstop of main international connections):
Use metro U6, direction Floridsdorf, 3 stops to 'Gumpendorferstrae'.
From the Busterminal/Erdberg:
Use metro U3 direction "Ottakring" till station "Westbahnhof". (follow the instruction above.)
