If you arrive by ferry:
At the port of Athinios you take the bus to Thira (Main Town) and get off at the central station (about 25 min. ride). There you change the bus to Oia (about 20 min. ride). Bus tickets are available in the bus; fare from Athinios to Oia :

If you arrive by plane:
There is a bus-connection between the Airport and Thira: (about 20 min. ride). In Thira you switch the bus to Oia. (about 20 min. ride). Bus tickets are available in the bus; fare from the airport to Oia: ca 3,50.
The hostel is only three minutes walking distance from the terminal station in Oia. Just follow the big sign on the corner which will lead you to the hostel.
