Bookings made on an Advance Purchase basis are pre-paid, non-refundable and cannot be changed, modified or cancelled. Your card will be debited for the full amount due any time prior to your arrival.
Please note, once a reservation has been made, any change (such as a reduction of days, changes of dates or room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation, modification or change with less than 14 days' notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation, modification or change with more than 14 days' notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to the first night's stay of the total booking value will be charged.
