Our philosophy is to offer distinctive accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere. 1,9 km from city centre, Deco Lodge reflects something special about the local colours and flavours of the city. Our living areas are a large and green garden with pool, Internet, self-catering kitchen, braai area, billiard, TV Room and laundry service. This is your home away from home - a place to meet interesting local and international visitors, many of whom stay for extended periods of time.
DECO LODGE is exactly situated (5 minutes by car/bus) between the University and the Centre of Cape Town. Cosmopolitan and bursting with character, Cape Town sprawls at the foot of Table Mountain (1086m) and its attendant summits, Devil`s Peak (1000m) and conical Lion`s Head (669m).
Near DECO LODGE (10-60 minutes) you`ll find all kind of beaches. From long, wide and lonely beaches, as for example Long beach between Chapman`s Peak and Nordhoek to small sandy bays like the four Clifton beaches. Perfect for after work outings and sundowners in the evening twilight.
5 minutes walk from DECO LODGE you will find several lower priced restaurants or bars. The vibe of Cape Town city is in a 5 minutes distance by car and the students most popular entertainment area, Observatory Lower Main Rd. is as well in a 5 minutes distance by car..

FIFA World Cup 2010 (June and July 2010)
Online reservations for the period from 1st June to 25th July 2010 (during FIFA WC 2010); the final proof of the reservation will only to be confirmed on full payment (100%) of the amount. The full amount for the accommodation has to be paid no less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Online reservations for the period after the 25th July 2010 will only be confirmed once payment of a 50% deposit, within 7 days after reservation date, has been received. This deposit is non-refundable.
