Being this a private home and private condo building certain neighborhood loud music may occur in late night events, kitchen odors, trash pick up trucks, electricity blackouts, water shortage, cable TV cutts, may occur

Etiquette in Santiago:
You will only dress up for formal dinners. The rest is not formal.
When you tell somebody: 'Join me for a drink', 'Let's have lunch together', 'Let's go to this place'...make sure and clarify if you are inviting or not.
Tipping is not mandatory at restaurants but you may play between 7% to 10%
We do not tip taxi drivers
