We are a Family owned and run hostel in the middle of a still mexican barrio in gorgeous pacific side town. Puerto Vallarta is amazing, Come stay with us!! All of our family lives in a connected house to the hostel and we love to take care of our guests. You will see that you will feel right at home!!
Very important: Payment of the total of the balance is due in cash on the Arrival day on the total of the booking. If at the time of arrival you wish to stay less nights you will be liable for 30% of the nights you had originally booked as this is considered a late cancellation.
In the case that you can't pay the total on arrival you will have to pay the normal walk-in rate at the time for every day.
Reservations will only be valid for 4 hours after adviced arrival time, after that they will be cancelled. If you are going to be late please let us know in advance and get confirmation otherwise reservation will be cancelled. Check in is from 8am till 10pm strictly. If you are arriving outside this times please contact and arrange in Advance.
Valid national Id is strictly required for check in or loss of reservation will be applied.
