In case of a no show up on the booked date the hostel company is allowed to charge 100% of the costs wich would have been charged for the first night. If the customer has informed the hostel by e-mail or fax at latest 48 hours before arrival the reservation is cancelled, legally.

During the New Year´s Eve period (from Dec. 28th till Jan. 2nd) reservations with a minimum stay of 5 nights will be accepted, only.
Cancellations have to be announced in written form (no phone calls!)
Cancellations announced more than 4 weeks before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations announced less than 4 weeks are charged with 25% of the total balance due; less than 3 weeks w/ 50%, and cancellations notified, less than 2 weeks are charged w/ the total balance due (100%). -
In case of cancellations, the according cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card.
