Arrived on the 2nd day of a 4 day reservation. Took more than 2 hours to find I no longer had a reservation. They wouldn\'t even suggest somewhere else to stay or let me use wifi to find one. The staff was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and generally unpleasant, do not provide basic information about anything and only focus on tour sales (the last of which was also true at the Bdewei Hotel, where I ended up staying). Location is near a bus station that is being phased out of use. Nathan, from Canada ~ 6th Nov 2011

Good people and a fine establishment for the budget traveller.Mosquitos were a little bit trying, but there's nothing to be done about them.I managed to forget my passport and they made great efforts to find me in Wadi Rum to restore it to me. Alice, from England ~ 26th Sep 2011
