Planeta Hostel in Esquel, Argentina

The hostel is clean and nice but the stuff gave us wrong information and in the last day , when we needed to wait for our bus, they didn\'t allow as to cook nor to wait in the hostel. They told us to get out I\'ve stayed in many hostels bit it\'s the first time that I see such a rude behavior.

We dont give wrong information, if the trips are canselled we cant do nothing we just give the informaton we are a hostel not a tourist agent: when u arried there are rules in the hostel one of then is the time ckeck out is 10.30am we lat u stay until the migthday if u want to stay until the nigth u have to pay last ckeck out and u can cook and use computer and every thing to be equality with the other pasenger. We let u stay but u dindt want to pay Regards

This is the nicest hostel that we have ever stayed in. The problem is the nightclub across the street that is open until 6 am and extremely loud. We have not slept any night it was open. Bring good earplugs. It is the best hostel you'll ever stay at. Andrea, from Canada ~ 26th Feb 2011
