Attention: Chillton hostel has 3 rooms, and we rent some of our rooms with 4 or 6 beds as twin or single etc. Maximum rooms that anyone can book is 3!!!
We have 24 hour reception with: waking up service, scanning, printing and faxing services, travel info and much more.

1. In case of delay of your original arrival time, we can only keep the bed or room 3 more hours (for arrivals after 20.00 - 2 hours). After that we reserve our right to sell the bed or room to someone else unless you let us know by email, sms or calling about your delay. Reception is open 00-24 h.

4. Check-out at 10 AM (only if there are reservations for the next day, otherwise no strict check-out time - sleeep!!! - ask at the reception!).
5. In case you forget or lose things, we do not accept any responsibility and cannot post any of the items back to you.
Each guest has his locker in the room, and there is a SAFE on the reception (free of charge!).
TIP:
IF you inform us with email (chilltonhostel@gmail.com) or SMS (+381 62 677 004) about canceling your booking, even on the same day of arrival, and if we have somebody else for your bed, we WON'T CHARGE first night fee for no show, and will be happy to have you here some other time.
