Hang Zhou West Lake Youth House is a stylish, affordable hostel set in a traditional Chinese house. We are a member of the Utels International group and offer a range of cosy guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms and internet access.

West Lake is a pleasant area of Hangzhou, and the hostel is located close to Lei Feng Pagoda, Jingci Temple and Long Bridge.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful, just feel like being my sweet home. The room is spacious, airy and clean. Location is next to Leifeng Pagoda and the West Lake and free public bicycle station. Ideally for ones who love to enjoy the quiet and romantic sightseeing in Hangzhou. Just a little difficult to reach from train station by taxi. We printed the direction in both Chinese and English, but the taxi driver could not find the place. I enjoyed staying this hostel and Hangzhou city. The room was clean and staff were supportive. The only thing made me uncomfortable was the heating. As I know, this area of China does not support heating system. So, it may be not the problem of this hostel. Anyway, the room we stayed was really cold. Inhak, from South Korea ~ 6th Feb 2012
