Our building dates back to 1919 and is currently being renovated. We offer service in both English and French.

We offer private rooms, apt. (3 bedrooms) and dormitories. Please note that private rooms always come with double beds, not single ones, meaning you can book room for 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 people, not beds. Please book dormitories or twin private rooms for single beds. We can accommodate between 1 and 11 people in one room containing 3 double beds and a single bed. There is an electric heater in every room.

LOCATION
Located 5 minutes' walk from Frontenac Metro station in the downtown district of Ville-Marie. We are on a quiet street in the residential area of South Centre, near downtown. We are within a few minutes' walk or one Metro stop from the main tourist sites, as well as boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and much more.
PARKING
Free and easy parking on the street but you will have to move your car 4 times a week for the street cleaners.
Note: There are no lockers in the dormitories, only at the bank.

In case of mistakes or disparities between the Internet price and office price, office price will prevail and we will tell you within 24 to 48 hours of booking.
SPECIAL PRICES ARE FOR ONLINE BOOKING ONLY. Minimum stay is 3 consecutive nights in the same bed or $16 extra for each room for the first bed (+£8 for each extra bed) for administration and cleaning fees. For 1 day reservation it's an extra $8 each room for the first bed (+$4 each extra bed) for 2 days' reservation. You may have to pay extra fees upon arrival.

We can store your luggage for free, or you can check in early or check out late for only $13 each person.
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME using 24-hour International Metric Time. 1:00 TO 12:00 IS MORNING TIME! If you are more than 1 hour early or late for arrival, please call to fix a new appointment and to keep your reservation. Otherwise your room will be made available. Check-ins after 21:00 will be charge 25$/hour after 21:00 or before 10:00.
INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS: The first two nights will be charge if cancellation notice is less than 48 hours before the check-in date or in cases of a no show (but because we want to keep you as a customer, we will offer you a credit for same price or cheaper night for free next time). There is an administration fee of $10 to change your booking date. No age limit. No time limit. Deposit are non-refundable.
Copy of visa for Canada will be required for some nationalities to confirm the booking.
Children sharing parents' double bed are only $11 per day; please send an email confirmation after reserving for adults online.
GROUP BOOKINGS: $500 deposit for security and extra cleaning fees.
PAYMENT:
We accept Canadian dollars, Moneybookers.com, Paypal(+1% fees), bank transfer, postal order and check (30 days in advance+ 72 $ fees). NOTE: If the deposit is paid on someone else's credit card they must be present on site to sign the payment authorisation.
