Bulgaru Hostel in Kazan is good place for staying. It is a family hostel, that works 4th year and was the first hostel of Kazan. We are too close to center that you can see Kazan Arbat street named Baumana from windows of our Hostel. To the Kremlin by walking is 15 minutes.
