Beli grad in Belgrade, Serbia

This is a very nice place. It is a small hostel but that is more of advantage, because it creates a sort of coziness (and safety because you can see all the people staying here). It is extremely neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. You can always get some good coffee or tea in the kitchen. The hostel is located on Slavija square which is one of the central locations in Belgrade, so it is really easy to find it and easy to get to all downtown places of inter Maxim, from Estonia ~ 6th Mar 2011

If you plan to use the kitchen, don,t expect much space as only 2 people can be there. there are 2 annoying barking dogs there that wont leave your food alone while you are trying to cook.not very appetizing. The communal room is occupied by the manager who has no space of his own and even sleeps there.Don,t expect any space to hang out except on your bunk bed in the dormitory. althought the manager is nice and helpful

Dear Guest, We are really sorry to hear that you did not like to stay with us and we do not understand your comments. Our kitchen has space for at least 5 people sitting down and another 5 cooking. We do have a very little dog in the hostel sometimes but when you were staying, another guest had another small dog with them but THEY DID NOT HAVE ACCESS to the kitchen, not to mention your food. The owner does NOT live in the hostel, the person you must have seen sleeping there is the receptionist who is allowed to take a little rest when there are no guests coming at night. Otherwise ONLY GUESTS sleep in the hostel. There are plenty of places around if you feel bored to go out and have a great party, just ask our receptionist about the options. Dear future guests, please come and see our hostel, let us prove the opposite of this review!
