Our check in time is from 12am to 10pm
We reserve the right to charge an early check-in fee of £5 per hour till 11am and a late check-in fee of £5 per hour after 10pm.
Standard checkout is by 11am, you can arrange to extend your stay for an additional £10 per hour after standard checkout tim
We may refuse to check you in if the total cost of your booking is not paid in full on arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not offer a refund for direct bookings made over the Online, phone or via email. If you want to cancel then 3 days before the date of arrival let us know. 10% of the total amount of booking reservation. Please bear in mind that you will forfeit any deposit held by us if you choose to cancel. Note we have a Non-Refundable deposit policy in case you cancel your reservation.
CHECK-IN-POLICIES: Check-in is from 2pm. We do not accept guests after 12pm; in case checking-in before 11pm is not possible, inform us in advance so that we can be prepared.
STORAGE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Free of charge.
