Confirmations: Your reservation will be confirmed by fax or e-Mail within 24 hours.
Guarantees. In order to guarantee your reservation we require pre-payment of the first night or a credit card. We prefer that all reservations be made by Fax or e-Mail.
Cancellations: Full refund with written cancellation notice 2 days prior to arrival. For groups, 22 days prior to arrival. When a group reservation is made of 4 nights or more, and in case of a no show, the fist two nights will be charged.

No charge for children under 2 years
Taxes: All taxes are included.

Check in / Check out: Check in is at 2:00 PM. Check out is at 12:30AM.
On the day of the departure, you can use the hotel facilities until 6:00PM. We also have a shower to your disposal.
At night, 'Please be quiet!' after 10:00PM. We want to ask you for not making any noise. During the day, radios and stereos are not allowed either in the swimming pool area or reading room.
Visitors: They are not permitted for security reasons. To amntain our reputation of being a family hotel, we do not allow drugs, prostitution or extreme parties.
Thank you fot not smoking in the room.
Please, do not use any glass objects near the swimming pool from 8:00AM until 10:00PM. We want to ask you for taking shower before entering the swimming pool with sun block and sand on your skin.
Please, in order to save electricity, turn off the lights and air conditioninig when you leave your room. In your room, when the air conditioning is turned on, we recomend to close all the windows and doors.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Please do not feed our dogs.
