Aguycan Beach is a private apartment community located directly on the beach in the south of the island of Gran Canaria.
All apartments are nicely furnished and well stocked private, 1 bedroom apartments/bungalows. Each kitchen comes already partially stocked with some of the basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, flour, olive oil & vinegar, rice, pasta, spices, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, etc. etc. which are free for you to use on a pay it forward basis. We also have a small bar and wine selection. We have a pool, tennis, ping-pong & best of all, the beach. Besides this we have for your use, ping pong, paddles & tennis rackets, playing cards, boogie-boards, inflatable mattress and beach towels.
If you are looking for a place to relax, then this is the place for you. If you are looking for something close to the beach and not in the hustle and bustle of town, the this is the place for you. If your looking for a place close to all the night live but far enough away so that you can sleep at night without hearing anything but the waves on the beach, then this is the place for you.
We're NOT the place for you, if you are looking for a place to meet a lot of people, party or get to the nearest bar in walking distance.
Located in the south of the island, in Playa del Aguila, just north of San Agustin. 50km south of the capitol city of Las Palmas; 45 min by bus and about 15 km south of the world famous Pozzo Izquierdo where the International wind-surfing competitions are held every year. Just north of Playa del Inglés, where most of the night life is and our 6 km long beach and the famous dunes of Maspalomas (rapidly disappearing to climatic changes). 30 km to the south is Puerto Rico & Mogan (bus Nº 01 ever 15-20 min.) with more nightlife & more beaches.
Around the corner is a private airport for those interested in skydiving; also the local race track for ralleys & Motor GP races. Just across the street from the airfield is the local karting circuit for those looking for some place to hang out other than a bar. Bjorn Dunkerbeck´s school & surf shop is located right on our very own beach, so you haven't far to go if you like windsurfing. For those who like mountain biking, motor-cross or looking to go 4 wheeling in a dunebuggy, there is plenty of land, dirt and rocks starting right where you get off the bus. Sky-diving, scuba-diving, biking, hiking, paintball, aquatic, zoological & western theme parks, night life, beaches & more beaches all in less than 10 km.
Close by, one of the best pizza restaurants around and 2 minutes from our entrance we have two mini-markets for those emergency needs and 2 car rental offices.
There is a fee for linens & blankets as well as towels. This is not an optional fee! We provide each guest with sheets & blanket for 2 euro and a towel & bath mat also 2 euro. Any additional items that you take from the linen closet will be charged at 1 euro per item. We also have large beach towels available for those who want one.
We now charge a € 3 per night cleaning fee.

Please notify us of a flight delay via SMS. If you arrive after 20:00 because of a flight delay without notifying us, you will be charged a 10 late check-in fee.
Late check-out penalty after 11:00 AM
Tampering with the smoke alarm or smoking inside will result in the revocation of your deposit and you may be asked to leave!
