We had a pleasent stay at The Strand Hotel. The staff were nice, rooms clean, kitchen not so clean and not big enough around dinnertime, good location. All in all at place we would visit again. Family Pennacchio from Denmark Niki, from Denmark ~ 7th Nov 2009

We stayed in a three bed dorm. The beds were nice but squeeky. The bathrooms were recently rebuilt and very nice, slightly negative that you could not lock the showers, especially in the ladies bathroom which was locked almost all the time. Halls were nice, though with a strong smell of weed most of the time. Not much noise either. I would stay here again, since its great value for money with a nice kitchen and pub downstairs.
