The staff was very friendly and gave me a better bedroom than what I originally payed for. Free breakfast & coffee every morning, and large dining areas to meet new people. Great location, only 5 minutes from the train station and everything is within walking distance. Only drawback was that the beds were uncomfortable, but the place is overall very nice & clean. The location is great, very close to everything. I didn't have the breakfast, it was a bit very basic. The 2 pain points for me were the lack of lockers in the rooms (they have a few small ones in the reception) and no WIFI. 2011 nd no free WIFI in the UK!! amazing.
