You are requested to kindly stand outside your coach. Our driver holding a placard would spot you and drive you to the Anukampa.
TERMS & CONDITION
Submit photo ID - Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/ Pan Card before check in.
Fill up "C" Form in case of foreigner.
Fill up Arrival / Departure Register.
Make advanced booking for sight seeing/taxi/meals to enable us to make suitable arrangements.
Make 50% payment in advance at the time of booking/check in and settle all bills after every 3 days & clear all dues before check out.
Respect & abide the rules & regulations and all instructions given by owner/Director from time to time and help us to maintain the dignity and decorum of the Anukampa.
Ensure that they reach Anukampa latest by 11:00 p.m. & inform arrival time in advance if coming after 11:00 p.m.
Always keep their valuables in lock & key. Owners do not owe any responsibility whatsoever.
Visitors are not allowed in the rooms.
All disputes are subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund in all cases for cancellation made under 7 days (from the date of Check- in) or *No Show.
For 1-4 Pax cancellation made less than 15 days, One day's room charges per room will be levied.
For 4-7 Pax cancellation made under 20 days, one day's charges per room will levied.
For 7 & above Pax cancellation made under 30 days, one day's charges per room will be levied.
For cancellation made before stipulated period full refund less 10% administrative charges on tariff per room in all cases will be charged.
Cancellation will be effective from date of receipt of letter/Fax/Email. No request for cancellation on phone will be entertained.
